DATE: Sunday, May 15, 2011

On Sunday morning May 15, 2011, at approximately 8:20 a.m. the Sheriff's Office received a call from the Rhodes Convenience store in Fruitland, Missouri stating a Robbery had just occurred. Sheriff's Deputies responded for the Investigation.

The clerk reported the robber believed to be a Caucasian male, approximately 6 foot tall, medium build wearing blue jeans, a gray or green colored hooded jacket, wearing sunglasses came into the store after pumping a quantity of gasoline into his vehicle and displayed a weapon and robbed the clerk of an undetermined amount of currency.

The suspect then exited the store and left in his vehicle described as a Gold colored Chevrolet Blazer. No license plate information is available at this time.

Sheriff's Deputies are still investigating.


The charge of an offense is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
