DATE: May 22, 2011
On Sunday morning, May 22, 2011 at approximately 7:15 a.m. the Sheriff's Office received a 911 call from a clerk at the Little Country Store located on highway 177 near Procter and Gamble that they had just been robbed.
Upon investigation it was learned a Caucasian male, medium build, less than 6 feet tall described as in his twenties wearing a pullover shirt, blue jeans, and a sock cap robbed the clerk of an undetermined amount of currency and then fled the store in a gold colored suv believed to be a Chevrolet Blazer.
The Sheriff's Office is still investigating at this time.
The charge of an offense is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
