The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Office generated

 4223 calls for service in December, resulting in 141

 reports taken. Deputies closed out 36 warrants resulting

 in arrest. The remainder of the reports were for the

 following.

 18- traffic-related

 1 -  trespassing

 12- theft

 1-   tampering

 1-   sex offense

 3-   property damage

 4-   Ex-parte violations

 2-   Motor vehicle accidents

 2-   assisting motorists

 2-   missing persons

 8-   miscellaneous
