On 10/23/2022, deputies patrolled near Broadway and Clark St, within Cape Girardeau County, when they initiated a traffic stop and eventual arrest of Kaydence Kyler Robertson, 20 years of age, from Cape Girardeau, Mo.
 
The Prosecuting Attorney's office issued an arrest warrant charging
Robertson with the following offenses.
 
Count: I Class D felony of unlawful possession of a weapon.
Count: II Class E felony of unlawful use of a weapon.
Count: III Class C felony of delivery of a controlled substance.
Count: IV Class C felony of delivery of a controlled substance.
Count: VI Class C felony of delivery of a controlled substance.
Count: VII Class E felony of unlawful use of a weapon.
 
This warrant came with a cash bond of $10,000.
Robertson remains incarcerated in the
Cape Girardeau County Justice Center.
 
The Charge of an offense is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
