Deputies responded to Cedar Hill's lane to a possible domestic involving a potential discharging of a firearm. As a result of this response, an investigation was initiated, and the eventual arrest of Dayvion Parker, 19 years of age, from Cape Girardeau, Mo.

 

The Prosecuting Attorney's office issued an arrest warrant charging

Parker with the following offenses.

 

Count: I Class B felony of domestic assault in the first.

Count: II Felony armed criminal action.

Count: III Class D felony of unlawful possession of certain weapons.

 

This warrant came with no bond.

Parker remains incarcerated in the

Cape Girardeau County Justice Center.

 

The Charge of an offense is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
