In the past week, the efforts of the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Deputies have resulted in multiple arrests. Seven individuals were apprehended for the following charges:
• Felony Federal Warrant - Distribution of Methamphetamine
• Class C Felony - Delivery of a Controlled Substance x 3
• Out of County Warrant - Felony - Assault, 1st Degree
• Out of County Warrant - Felony - Armed Criminal Action
• Out of County Warrant - Felony - Unlawful Possession of a Firearm
• Out of County Warrant - Probation Violation - Assault, 1st Degree
• Out of County Warrant - Probation Violation - Burglary, 1st Degree
• Out of County Warrant - Tampering with Physical Evidence
• Out of County Warrant - Resisting/Interfering with Arrest
• Out of County Warrant - Probation Violation - Property Damage, 1st Degree
• Class E Felony - Intentionally Inhale/Smell Fumes or Induce Another to Inhale/Smell Fumes of Any Solvents
• Class A Misdemeanor - Resisting/Interfering with Arrest
• Class A Misdemeanor - Resisting/Interfering with Arrest
• Class A Misdemeanor - Sex Offender Loitering Within 500 Feet of a School
• Class A Misdemeanor - Domestic Assault, 4th Degree
• Probation Violation - Class A Misdemeanor - Stealing
If you have warrants for your arrest in Cape Girardeau County, there is a good chance you will see deputies from our Fugitive Task Force soon. However, we encourage you to turn yourself in to the Sheriff's Office.
