Warrant Wednesday 7-22
Over the past week, the efforts of the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Office have resulted in the arrest of 8 individuals on outstanding warrants and related offenses.
Charges associated with these arrests included:
Federal Warrant -Solicitation of a Minor &
Providing Obscene Material to a Minor and Use of a Two-Way Communication Device to Facilitate a Felony.
Assault 2nd
False Impersonation
Resisting Arrest
Failure to Appear - Resisting Arrest & Stealing
Domestic Assault 2nd
Probation Violation - Endangering the Welfare of a Child 2nd Degree
Probation Violation - Dangerous Drugs
Delivering or concealing prohibited articles on Premises -Felony
Probation and Parole Warrant - Traffic Offense
These arrests are the result of our deputies' and the Fugitive Task Force's continued efforts to locate and apprehend individuals wanted by the courts.
If you have an outstanding warrant in Cape Girardeau County, we encourage you to turn yourself in at the Sheriff's Office. Choosing to address the matter voluntarily is often the first step toward resolving it.
For those who choose not to, our deputies will continue working to ensure outstanding warrants are served, and individuals are held accountable through the judicial process.
