Over the past week, the efforts of the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Office have resulted in the arrest of 8 individuals on outstanding warrants and related offenses.

Charges associated with these arrests included:
Felony - Child Abuse 
Felony - Delivery of Cocaine
Felony - Possession x2
Felony - Possession of Controlled Substance x2
Felony - Stalking 
FTA - Felony Stealing 
FTA - Traffic 
FTA - Traffic 
Probation Violation - Violation of Education Requirement for a Child x3
Owner Operating Motor Vehicle on Highway Without Maintaining Financial Responsibility 

These arrests are the result of our deputies' and the Fugitive Task Force's continued efforts to locate and apprehend individuals wanted by the courts.

If you have an outstanding warrant in Cape Girardeau County, we encourage you to turn yourself in at the Sheriff's Office. Choosing to address the matter voluntarily is often the first step toward resolving it.
For those who choose not to, our deputies will continue working to ensure outstanding warrants are served, and individuals are held accountable through the judicial process.
